![]() ![]() The only time I've had this problem in the past was on an HP laptop and I had to uninstall Client Security Manger, which I've done on this HP laptop but it didn't change anything. One laptop has Webroot antivirus and the other is only using Defender. These drives pull up fine on Windows 7 machines in the same domain under non-admin user accounts.Īll group policies related to removable media and disks are set to "Not Configured" so it doesn't appear to be a policy issue. If I log in as an account with local admin rights, I can pull up the drive with no issues. ![]() ![]() I've tried multiple drives, both flash and hard drives with the same result. There are two Windows 10 laptops, one Dell and one HP and any time a USB drive is connected, they show "Access is denied" for users that are not local administrators.
